– In another bit of sad news out of Japan, one of the country’s best known referees, Ted Tanabe, passed away today due to a heart attack. Tanabe suffered the heart attack while officiating in a match on a Sunday show for Osaka Pro Wrestling. He was then rushed to the hospital and passed away the next morning at the age of 46.
