WCPW Alumnus Taking Leave of Absence After Admitting to Manipulating Women Into Sending Nude Photos

– What Culture Pro Wrestling alum Adam Blampied announced that he is taking a leave of absence after admitting to soliciting nude photos from several women. Blampied apologized for his actions and announced that he will be stepping away from his position as Head of Creative at Cultaholics, a new company that was developed by a group of personalities who recently left WhatCulture.
Blampied said in the statement, “I wanted to make this situation public for reasons that will become clear. I want to publicly apologize for actions in my private life over the past few years: I have falsely claimed to several woman via social media that I was in an open relationship with my girlfriend as a means to repeatedly message them and encourage them to send me images of themselves.”

Shortly after the statement was released, a woman began posting on Twitter discussing her experience with Blampied. She said he began to contact her a year ago via Twitter DM and asked her to send nude pics. She was drunk but resisted at first, but continued conversation led him to convince her.
“Knowing that I was 19, drunk, sexually inexperienced and had moral objections to sending him nudes, he continued to try to persuade me,” she said. “In the end, I relented. I don’t feel good about my actions. I wish I had had the self-control to not do it, but I’d never really had that kind of attention from a man before, especially not someone like Blampied.”

He has emotionally abused multiple women and he deserves to suffer the consequences of his actions pic.twitter.com/fZmuMEB5jR

He apologised to me personally for his actions multiple times. He continued to treat women awfully. I don't trust any apology he gives.

I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping since I found out about the extent of this
It feels good to let it out— The Salamancer (@SRbackwards) October 25, 2017
Also, when I confronted him about the number of women who've complained about his actions, he straight up lied about it

people asking for receipts as if he didn't actually publicly admit to it, but sure, ask me to share private screenshots, that'll help

Since some people don't take Blampied's own admission of guilt as proof, here you guy you vultures pic.twitter.com/ex9o3IwAGK
