Wiz Khalifa Hints At Being High On RAW

In posts on Twitter, Wiz Khalifa hinted that he may have been high when he performed on RAW in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It’s also a joke that Jon Stewart said in the film Half Baked. He wrote:
