WWE News: Charlotte Flair’s Ex Gets Extension in Lawsuit, NXT Refs Backstage at Smackdown

– Charlotte Flair’s ex-husband has received an extension to file an amendment lawsuit against the Flairs, WWE and Brian Shields over the Flairs’ book. PWInsider reports that Riki Paul Johnson received an extension until March 15th to file his defamation suit against the parties, in which he claims that the Flairs made multiple false claims about him including allegations that he lost two jobs due to drug use, was sterile, and was abusive.
If Johnson does not file a new version, the defendants will have until March 28th to respond. If he does, the due date for theiur response will be pushed out.
