WWE Smackdown Rating Hits Five-Month High, Viewership Best Since New Year’s

– The rating for this week’s episode of Smackdown marked the highest point for the show in five months. Tuesday’s episode scored a 0.86 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.692 million viewers. Those numbers are up 8% and 3% from last week’s 0.8 demo rating and 2.613 million viewers. The rating was the highest since the September 12th episode had a 0.88, while the audience was the best since the post-New Year’s episode on January 2nd had 2.72 million.

Smackdown ranked #1 among cable originals for the night per Showbuzz Daily. #2 went to History’s Curse of Oak Island (0.71 demo rating, 3.016 million viewers).
