Last week’s WWE Smackdown saw its rating and total audience slip to five-week low points. Friday’s episode brought in a 0.24 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.063 million viewers per Joel Goodman. Those numbers are down 14.3% and 6.9% respectively from the previous week’s 0.28 demo rating and audience of 1.142 million.
The demo rating and audience were the lowest for the show since the October 31st episode had a 0.2 demo rating and 933,000 viewers. Smackdown was up against ROH Final Battle and TNA Final Resolution. On traditional cable and network TV it was up against the 2024 American Athletic Conference Football Championship game on ABC, which did a 0.39 demo rating and 2.520 million viewers.
As a reminder, Nielsen has changed its ratings system as of early September, which makes ratings difficult to compare to pre-change weeks. That said, WWE Smackdown is averaging a 0.389 demo rating and 1.394 million viewers in 2025 compared to a 0.586 and 2.068 million for the same time period in 2024.
