A long-running feud on WWE SmackDown is reportedly set to end this Friday.

According to WrestleVotes on Fightful Select, the never-ending rivalry between The MFTs and the Wyatt Sicks is finally about to culminate.

The report states that the eight-man tag team Street Fight, which is set for the go-home episode of SmackDown ahead of WrestleMania 42, will be a blow-off to this program.

The two factions have been at each other’s throats since last October, when Solo Sikoa and Co. confronted the Uncle Howdy-led group after the Wyatts retained the WWE Tag Team Championship against Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford of The Street Profits. Since then, the two stables have fought against each other in several multi-person tag team matches, both on television and at live events.

After initially failing to dethrone the Wyatt Sicks as WWE Tag Team Champions, The MFTs finally achieved their goal in late January when Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga defeated Joey Gacy and Dexter Lumis. However, by then, Uncle Howdy’s lantern, which Solo and Co. stole on the January 9, 2026, episode of SmackDown, had become the major point of contention between the rival groups.

After several failed attempts, Howdy regained the lantern on the April 3 episode of SmackDown, where Tama Tonga, frustrated after losing a singles match to Howdy due to Solo’s interference, snatched the lantern and placed it on the apron for the Wyatt Sicks leader to reclaim it. Last week, Tama told Solo that the latter’s obsession with the lantern was causing a rift between his group and that they needed to move away from the Wyatts. Solo agreed but then added they need to vanquish the eerie stable once and for all before they move ahead.
