Xia Li Turns Heel, Declares She Will Now Only Protect Herself on WWE SmackDown (Video)

– It looks like Xia Li underwent a change in attitude last night on WWE SmackDown. During a promo segment, “The Protector” declared that she saw “no one worthy” of her protection, turning heel. She will now be her own protector.

Li said in her promo, “My name is Xia Li. I was The Protector, but I see no one worthy of my protection. Now I protect myself.”

Li made her SmackDown roster debut last December, after being drafted to the roster in October, to help Naomi against Sonya Deville and Natalya. She has not worked a WWE TV match since she beat Natalya on February 25, which was also her SmackDown in-ring debut.
