Off Air Notes From Last Night’s Raw

Thanks to 411 reader Scott T for sending this along

* The Undertaker got the biggest pop by far. Rollins and Jericho were next. Strowman also got a nice reaction in spite of his brief appearance.

* There were tons of Undertaker shirts in the crowd.

* Roman Reigns got the most heat. In person the boos felt more like Cena-esque hive-mind heat rather than legitimate dislike.

* The dueling Goldberg and Suplex City chants were the best part of the final segment. Paul Heyman did not get nearly the pop I expected.

* Goldberg went around ringside shaking hands and taking pictures with fans once the show was off the air.

* The Sixers “Trust the Process” chant broke out while Owens and Zayn were brawling in the crowd.

* Kurt Angle’s music got a pop during what I assume was a Hall of Fame segment. Nothing was shown on the Titantron, so in the arena it seemed as if Angle was coming out.

* CM Punk chants broke out periodically but large sections of the crowd shut them down with thumbs down and cry-baby gestures.

* Drew Gulak did the hometown job to Mustafa Ali in a six-man for Main Event.

* There was no dark match, though Reigns vs. Strowman had been advertised.
