Drew McIntyre Was Likely To Be Called Up To The Main Roster Prior To His Injury
November 27, 2017 | Posted by
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it appears that Drew McIntyre losing the NXT title at NXTTakeover: WarGames was done in order to move him up to the main roster. The feeling is that the NXT roster is stacked, with guys like Adam Cole, Aleister Black and possibly Killian Dain ready to move into the main event mix. McIntyre’s injury, if serious, will delay plans, especially if it’s serious and he has to miss between 4 and 6 months.
