A new update has emerged regarding the contract situation of TNA star AJ Francis.
According to Fightful Select, the contracts of several talents, including AJ Francis, are set to be up for renewal in the coming months. As far as the contract situation of Francis is concerned, the website notes that the 35-year-old was in a similar situation last year and actually entered free agency before both parties came to terms on a deal.
The report claims that the two parties enjoy a fruitful relationship and that TNA Wrestling is hopeful of re-signing AJ Francis in 2026. Fightful also noted that Francis is allegedly pleased with the opportunities that the Nashville-based company has provided him.
Francis, who worked as Top Dolla during his two separate stints with WWE earlier this decade, made his TNA debut in January 2024, when he appeared at the Hard To Kill pay-per-view event and attacked Joe Hendry. He is a one-time TNA Digital Media Champion. The Washington native competed at the recent Turning Point event, defeating BDE via pinfall in a singles bout.
