George Kittle Gives Prediction For Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk At WrestleMania 42

George Kittle is an avowed and vocal pro wrestling fan, and the NFL star has weighed in on his prediction for Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania 42. As you certainly know, Punk is set to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Reigns at WrestleMania in a match that will serve as the main event of night two. The match was made official on last week’s WWE Raw.

Kittle is always excited to talk pro wrestling, and he got the chance during a short interview with USA Today Sports when he was asked to predict the winner of Punk vs. Reigns. Kittle said it’s tough for him but said he has to acknowledged the Tribal Chief. You can see highlights below:

“What do you think? [laughs] WrestleMania, are you kidding?”

On His Prediction:

“Just like the championship match. What have we got, we have Roman Reigns and CM Punk. What’s tough for me is Roman Reigns is a Niners fan, but I’ve never met him before. He’s like one of the only wrestlers I’ve never met. So hopefully if I see him, I can spear him, sneak up on him. And CM Punk has always been incredibly kind to me.

“But the tough thing about that is I acknowledge that Roman Reigns is number one. And so, I think Roman Reigns is going to get it.”
