A new company is reportedly looking to buy TrillerTV, according to a new report. PWInsider reports that Orange Crush, the company founded by Adam Abdalla, is putting together private funding in the hopes of buying what used to be FITE and, in the words of the outlet, “extricate it” from current ownership.
Abdalla is also the head of the New York City public relations firm Cultural Counsel and is on the board for several several artistic and historical institutions. According to the site, he launched a museum-led culture and sports conference called GameTime Sessions last week at the same time as the boxing documentary he co-produced, On the Line, had its premiere.
The site notes that according to sources, part of Abdalla plan for TrillerTV is to incorporate music videos and movies onto the platfrom to expand its offerings alongside the sports aspects.
Triller, the parent company of TrillerTV, has had a rough go in 2026 as it was delisted from the NASDAQ after failing to make required financial disclosures, which the company attributed to “one remaining technical matter involving the consolidation of accounts for a U.S.-based operation within Triller Group.” They have since filed a number of past quarterly reports.
TrillerTV+ is the provider for PPVs for for a number of independent promotions, most prominently GCW. It also hosts AEW Plus for international subscribers.
