New Dune: Part Three Trailer Showcases the Saga’s Epic Conclusion

The Dune saga reaches its epic conclusion in Dune: Part Three. Warner Bros. Pictures released the official trailer for the upcoming sequel this week, which you can check out below.

Set nearly two decades after the last movie, Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) has seized control of the Imperium. Now a ruthless emperor, Paul must face the consequences of his reign, as old allies return and new threats surface, while betrayal lurks in every corner.

Paul is haunted by visions of Imperial collapse and the reappearance of his long-lost love, Chani (Zendaya). He’s drawn into a sweeping conspiracy, with Chani at the heart of an unfolding mystery. Paul will ultimately confront the true cost of power and the fates of those he loves the most.

The sequel also stars Jason Momoa, Florence Pugh, Rebecca Ferguson, Isaach de Bankolé, Charlotte Rampling, Anya Taylor-Joy, Robert Pattinson, and Javier Bardem. The trailer showcases Momoa as Hayt, a ghola incarnation of the former Atreides warrior, Duncan Idaho. Anya Taylor-Joy also appears as Paul’s younger sister, Alia, who was only briefly seen in visions in the last.

The sequel is written and directed by Denis Villeneuve. Dune: Part Three releases in theaters and IMAX on December 18.
