411’s NXT Halloween Havoc 2026 Preview

Hello Folx! We are at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, for the seventh annual NXT Halloween Havoc, and the 19th overall! The NXT version of Halloween Havoc has provided some fun matches and moments over the last seven years. And with the return of Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal it adds even more fun and chaos into the mix.
Even with just the top two titles being defended, we have a pretty stacked card for tonight. So, let’s get into it!
Shiloh Hill looks to get some revenge on Naraku! Zaria is out to make Izzi Dame pay for all she has done! Tavion Heights and Myles Borne look to settle their grudge in a Weapons Wild match! In a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal match, Zilla Fatu will take on Charlie Dempsey!
Wren Sinclair is looking to get her title back as she takes on NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan! And in our main event, Tony D’Angelo is also looking to get his title back as he takes on NXT Champion Grayson Waller!
Shiloh Hill vs. Naraku

Shiloh Hill’s goofy menace works well for him. He is a big guy who has a bit of an edge, but overall he is a sweet goofball. I feel like his character work is going to translate well on the main roster. Is he ever going to be a World Champion? Maybe not, but not everyone needs to be.
I’m not sure what they are doing with Naraku; he came in hot and feuded with D’Angelo for the NXT Championship, and now he is working to help build up a new star. I feel like the EVIL Naraku could be used differently. Set him up as a big bad, give him wins and maybe the North American Championship, and then when someone beats him, it means something.
But this is the reality we are in, and with all the videos Hill made figuring out the secret of the mist, I don’t see him losing here. A win over a recent NXT Championship contender will help Hill get further up the card, and hopefully Naraku can regain some momentum soon.
Winner: Shiloh Hill
Zaria vs. Izzi Dame

This feud bothers me a bit, not because it hasn’t been good. But because Zaria was fresh off a huge feud with former friend Sol Ruca. A feud that set Zaria up as a monster heel. But now she is the default face in this feud.
She has been embarrassed and humiliated by Dame, and we are supposed to be sympathetic towards this person who just betrayed her best friend. It just doesn’t feel great to me. Hopefully Zaria can put Dame away soon and move on to being a monster heel.
But I don’t think this will be a one-and-done. Dame refused the title shot, so she wins here and gets another shot when Zaria wants revenge.
Winner: Izzie Dame
Weapons Wild
Tavion Heights vs. Myles Borne

These two have had issues for a while now, and hopefully this ends the feud so they can both move on to better things. I know a lot of people say Borne is boring, and while I get it, I enjoy his work. Heights has a lot of potential, and since Borne has already had a run with the North American Championship, I could see Heights getting the win here, getting his revenge, and moving into a number one contender spot.
Waller also needs more face challengers, so a push for Heights makes sense. It’s not like there are a ton of guys who can be easily slotted into the NXT Championship scene. Adding Heights to the list of challengers like Cruz, Fatu, and D’Angelo wouldn’t hurt.
I’m also interested to see how Borne and Heights do with a weapons match. Both guys are usually more technical, so this can help them showcase other skills and let fans see a new side of them.
Winner: Tavion Heights
Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal TBA
Zilla Fatu vs. Charlie Dempsey

The history of their families aside, this has been one of the more personal feuds in NXT. A simple rejection of joining the BirthRight has escalated into repeated attacks that have targeted the hand of Fatu.
We don’t know the stipulation for this one yet, but hopefully it can keep the rest of the BirthRight in check. Otherwise, Fatu will have the numbers game against him, as he hasn’t exactly made any friends since showing up in NXT.
The match itself should be good, no matter what the stipulation is. But without knowing what the stipulation is, and since this is the first match. I think Fatu will fall to the numbers game, and this feud will continue
Winner: Charlie Dempsey
NXT Women’s Championship
Wren Sinclair vs. Kelani Jordan

While I don’t typically care for Championship Hot Potato, I think the story here warrants it. Sinclair pulled a Dean Malenko, dressing up as luchadora Lady Shani and winning a Battle Royal to earn this title shot and her spot on the roster back.
She is out to get her title back and is going to do everything she can to do it. I think Jordan will be getting called up soon, and getting the title back on Sinclair is the move to make. Sinclair is also ready for a call-up, but I could see them wanting to use her to help get others built up before she leaves. Sinclair is the kind of wrestler you want to build a division around. And so I expect her call-up to be delayed until either the Rumble or post-WrestleMania.
So, I expect her to get the title back here, maybe have one more match with Jordan, and then move on to a feud with whoever is going to take her spot in the spring.
Winner and new NXT Women’s Champion: Wren Sinclair
NXT Championship
Tony D’Angelo vs. Grayson Waller

I for sure didn’t have Waller returning to NXT and killing it on my 2026 Wrestling Bingo Card. But gods damn, from the moment he cut that promo, he has been on fire. I shouldn’t be surprised; he was doing great as the goofy back-up for the New Day. And had really come into his own.
I’m hoping that a solid run from him as NXT Champion will allow him to return to the main roster with a strong push. Speaking of the main roster, it’s now or never for D’Angelo. Take him off TV for a month or so after this. And then have him show up and make a big showing in the Rumble.
Taking him off TV will give them time to evolve or make a new gimmick for D’Angelo. The whole mafia thing can work in a smaller place like NXT. But it can be a glass ceiling for him on the main roster.
A strong showing in the Rumble, let him eliminate a few people along with maybe a bigger name in the midcard scene, and he will be off to a good start. Waller deserves a long run, and Cruz is the guy to beat him, unless he gets called up first.
