Conor McGregor Concludes Community Service For UFC Bus Attack
Conor McGregor has completed the last part of his sentence for attacking a UFC bus back in April of last year. TMZ reports that McGregor did the final bit of his court-ordered five days of community service, having done the work at two different churches in Brooklyn.
The sentence was in relation to McGregor going on a rampage and attacking a buss at a media event the day before UFC 223. He was changed with count of felony criminal mischief and three counts of misdemeanor assault, but agreed to a plea deal which reduced the felony to a misdemeanor.
According to the sitre, McGregor did manual labor and wanted to do the service without creating a media frenzy, so he did the work at the two churches. Staff at both churches were very appreciative of his work, with one source saying, “They all loved him.”
McGregor also had a “long and meaningful conversation with a reverend” during the service.
