The rumored Conor McGregor fight with Logan Paul is picking up steam, with McGregor sharing posts on social media reporting that the bout is set. The UFC star said earlier this month that he had a preliminary agreement with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India. However, Paul has yet to confirm the news, nor have the UFC who would have to approve the fight due to McGregor being under contract.

Reports came out on Sunday that the fight is set for Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium as part of India’s “Visit India” tourism campaign, with both fighters set to earn $250 million. McGregor retweeted one of the posts and quote tweeted another, adding the flag of India and a heart in his quote tweet.

Again, Paul and the UFC have yet to confirm or otherwise comment on these new reports, nor has an official announcement been made so as of now none of this is official.

McGregor has not fought in the UFC since July 2021, when he suffered a serious leg injury in a bout with Dustin Poirier. He was set to face Michael Chandler in June of 2023 but withdrew due to an injury. McGregor is also dealing with other issues, having been found liable in a civil case on allegations by a woman that he sexually assaulted her in December of 2018. McGregor has denied the allegations.
