Rustam Khabilov Wants More Fights This Year

Rustam Khabilov wants at least another fight this year. Khabilov spoke with MMAjunkie after his win over Chris Wade at UFC Fight Night 87 and said that he would like more frequent fights. Khabilov has fought twice this year, beating Norman Parke in February and then Wade on Sunday, but those came after a long layoff.

“I hadn’t fought for a year-and-a-half before these fights, and people start forgetting me,” he said. “I didn’t flash anywhere in shows or on TV, and now I’m back, and it’s getting better. If the UFC gives me a chance, I want to fight two more times this year.”
