Tyron Woodley To Face Jake Paul in Boxing Match

May 31, 2021 | Posted by Jeremy Thomas

Former UFC veteran Tyron Woodley has his next fight set — and it’s a boxing match against Jake Paul. The Athletic reports that Woodley will face Paul in the latter’s latest professional boxing match, his fourth to date. Paul is undefeated currently with wins over NBA alumnus Nate Robinson and Ben Askren.

Woodley’s eight-year UFC run ended after his loss to Vicente Luque in March, which was the last fight of his contract and his fourth loss in a row. Woodley cornered Askren for the latter’s loss to Paul in April.

Paul’s brother Logan will face Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match on June 6th in Miami, Florida.
