Cast Revealed For The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula Season Six
The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula is back for its sixth season next month, and the cast has officially been revealed. Shudder announced the cast for the alt-drag reality competition series on Tuesday, with this season’s competitors listed as follows:
* Auntie Heroine – Rockford, Illinois
* Aurorora Gozmic – Chicago, Illinois
* Asia Consent – Portland, Oregon
* Desiree Dik – Washington, D.C.
* Grey Matter – Houston, Texas
* Jaharia – Kansas City, Missouri
* James Majesty – Portland, Oregon
* Pi – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
* Scylla – Chicago, Illinois
* Severity Stone – Boston, Massachusetts
* Yuri – Auckland, New Zealand
* Vivvi The Force – San Diego, California
Of the contestants, two have experience in drag competition shows before. Fans of Dragula will recognize James Majesty as a competitor in the show’s second season, having made it to the Grand Finale. Meanwhile, Yuri is better known as Yuri Guaii, who was a competitor on RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under season two.
Dracmorda Boulet said of the cast in the announcement, “This cast is incredible, and we can’t wait for the world to get to know them and watch their stories unfold. They are a lot less safe and less worried about the fans’ potential reactions to them than casts in recent seasons have been, so there is a definite return to drama this season, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat.”
Swanthula Boulet added: “Everything is bigger, better, and more developed this year from the challenges and themes to the locations and looks, but you see it especially in the exterminations. Every single episode pushes the envelope on terror and shows the cast facing their worst fears, and it’s very compelling. This absolutely is our best season yet.”
The new season of the series, which has been one of Shudder’s biggest hits, premieres on October 1st on Shudder and AMC+. The new season is described as follows:
Dubbed “Season 666,” the next chapter of The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula is the most ambitious and terrifying yet, with world-renowned actors and directors joining the judges’ panel, raising the stakes to hellish new heights. Every episode promises spine-chilling, extreme physical feats that will push the cast of drag superstars to confront their darkest fears. This 10-episode season is bigger, bloodier, and more brutal than anything that’s come before, featuring expanded “on location” challenges, twisted new themes for the floorshows, cinematic sequences dripping with dread, and innovative drag that will leave viewers gasping.
