First Teaser Released For Animated Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur Series

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is heading to Disney Channel next summer, and the first teaser is online. Marvel released the quick teaser on Tuesday, which you can check out below.

The 10-episode series, which is based on the comic by Brandon Montclare, Amy Reeder, and Natacha Bustos, features the voices of Diamond White as Lunella Lafeyette, Alfre Woodard as Lunella’s grandmother Mimi, Libe Barer as Lunella’s best friend and manager Casey; Sasheer Zamata as Lunella’s mom Adria, Jermaine Fowler as Lunella’s dad James Jr, Fred Tatasciore as Devil Dinosaur, Gary Anthony Williams as Lunella’s grandfather Pops, and Laurence Fishburne as The Beyonder. It is described as follows:

The highly-anticipated series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.
