Player 456 Is Back In New Squid Game Season Two Trailer

Squid Game is back for another go-around in December, and a new trailer for the Netflix phenomenon’s second season has been released. You can see the full trailer below, which was released by Netflix on Thursday to preview the new batch of episodes.

The trailer features Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) as he returns to the game in order to expose it for what it is, as well as Lee Byung-hun as the Front Man and Wi Ha-jun as Hwang Jun-ho.

The new season arrives on December 26th and will be the penultimate season of the show. Hwang Dong-hyuk returns as director, writer, and producer with stars Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, and Gong Yoo are back from season one, joined by Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, Jo Yu-ri, and Won Ji-an. The new season is described as follows:

Three years after winning Squid Game, Player 456 gave up going to the states and comes back with a new resolution in his mind. Gi-hun once again dives into the mysterious survival game, starting another life-or-death game with new participants gathered to win the prize of 456 billion won.
