Succession, Belfast, Power of the Dog Lead Golden Globes Nominations

After leaving fans abuzz with the finale last night, HBO’s Succession kept the momentum going today by landing five Golden Globes nominations, including Best Actor noms for Brian Cox (who plays Logan Roy) and Jeremy Strong (who plays Kendall Roy), Best Supporting Actor and Actress noms for Kieran Culkin (Roman Roy) and Sarah Snook (Shiv Roy), along with Best Drama Series. The Morning Show and Ted Lasso followed with four nominations each.

On the film side, The Power of the Dog and Belfast landed the most nominations with seven each, followed by King Richard with four nominations. Dune scored two nominations.

The Globes won’t be televised this year. The winners will be announced on January 9th.
