-How do you follow an episode about WrestleMania in the 2000s? An episode about WrestleMania in the 2010s! I went to two of these Manias so let’s see if either of the two I attended are included. Just give me the nostalgia I want from this show, even if it’s less than twenty years ago.

-Show opening!

-Michael Cole is our host and narrator!

10. Showcasing Immortals
-WrestleMania XXX

-Hogan/Austin/Rock: This was WWE’s Mount Rushmore come to life. Hogan says it was cool, but he was so rattled he said the name of the wrong building. Austin says everyone has a great sense of humor and this was a great spectacle and highly entertaining. One of the greatest openings to any show ever. RVD says they are the three biggest stars wrestling has ever made. Rock says the goal is always to entertain the fans. Amazing moment that we will never see happen again with Hogan’s passing.

9. Kofi-Mania
-WrestleMania XXXV

-Kofi-Mania was a thing and you can thank the crowd and Mustafa Ali getting injured for it. Mark Henry says Kofi earned his way and put on a hell of a show. Daniel Bryan’s Eco World Champion was something amazing. The fact he got the crowd to boo him less than a year after his emotional return is crazy. Kofi wins The WWE Title and the stadium goes nuts as we get a happy ending to this story.

8. Legends Assemble
-WrestleMania XXXII

-Shawn, Austin, Foley is not bigger than Hogan, Austin, Rock. Fun moment but it kind of killed New Day for losing to The League of Nations and then the League of Nations getting wiped out by The Legends. The one great thing going for it is Woods taking the Stunner and his sell of it. Kofi says they were able to stand across the ring from three legends, so they made it.

7. Rockin’ Ronda
-WrestleMania XXXI

-This isn’t the Steph/HHH/Ronda moment I thought they would include. This is them testing the waters with Ronda and teasing Rock as her partner, but it took three years and Angle took Rock’s place. So far this list is mainly moments while the 2000s was about the matches. This was fun and showed Rousey had a future in wrestling, but way too high on this list.

6. Career vs. Streak
-WrestleMania XXVI

-Shawn vs. Taker II: I was there for this one! This match was fantastic and while not as good as the previous year it still gets **** from me. They had a tough act to follow and nearly did it and it was close enough for me. Plus it was Shawn’s last non Saudi match. The ending with Shawn slapping Taker and getting Super Tombstoned was beautiful. I love this match!

5. A Revolutionary Night
-WrestleMania XXXI

-This is a few moments as we get Rollins vs. Orton and the gravity defying RKO out of the Curb Stomb. Orton says it is one of the top RKOs he ever hit. No kidding! Seth takes the loss, but we now know what was to come. WWE painted themselves into a corner with Roman/Brock, but they had the perfect fix as Seth Rollins cashes in and wins the WWE Title. We had a heel walk out of Mania with the Title and the crowd was so happy. Definitely deserves being on this list.

4. Hell’s Game
-WrestleMania XXVIII

-Hell in A Cell: Undertaker vs. HHH: Yeah, I love this match as well as it also gets *****. I was there for their Mania XXVII match that some love and some hate, for some reason. This was just CINEMA as the kids say. Shawn as the ref was perfect and we get the superkick into a Pedigree near fall that gave everyone in the stadium and at home heart failure. Taker wins and all three men go out together in an emotional moment.

3.Yes-TleMania
-WrestleMania XXX

-Props to them for including this moment when they could have ignored it considering where Bryan works now. WrestleMania XXX is just a fantastic wrestling show from start to finish. It took Punk walking out and the crowd revolting but the WWE listened and Daniel Bryan makes Batista tap to win the WWE World Title. They will tell you it was planned all along, but no way anyone is buying that.

2. A Flair For Revolution
-WrestleMania XXXII

-Um, shouldn’t a different Women’s Triple Threat be on this list, and this high? I understand as this was the first Mania for The Horsewomen Era, and they had the best match of the night but something a little bigger happened a few years later. Charlotte wins and notes it started all three of them on an amazing run in their careers.

1. Once in a Lifetime
-WrestleMania XXVIII

-Rock vs. Cena I! I was in Atlanta for the RAW after Mania XXVII when this match was announced. Highest buyrate in WWE history so you can’t knock it. They delivered a great Main Event Stadium Match that had the crowd rocking and Cena put over The Rock. The Rock has a win over Hogan, Austin, and Cena at Mania in his career. Nobody else can match something like that.

-So, yeah, this one left out a ton compared to the 2000s episode. Throw out the Ronda Mania XXXI appearance and add her in ring debut teaming with Angle. I am not sure if they just wanted another Rock moment on here. Throw out the Mania XXXII Triple Threat and add the one where, you know, THE WOMEN WERE THE MAIN EVENT OF WRESTLEMANIA FOR THE FIRST TIME. Also, no mention of Brock ending Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak is just nonsense. They might not think it’s a Great Moment, but it happened and is the most shocking outcome in Mania history. I also am shocked they didn’t pat themselves on the back for nWo vs. DX as they love bringing up that era. Again, what we got is the nostalgia I want, but boy did they make some weird choices.

-Thanks for reading!
