We kick the show off with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Edge and General Manager Vicky Guerrero for the Cutting Edge. Edge gets on the mic and says WrestleMania 24 is turning out to be a very sad event. Two legacies will end. One of them is Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak. Edge says he is undefeated against Undertaker and that he is the true phenom. Vicky then announced Undertaker vs. Edge, Curt Hawkins, and Zack Ryder. Edge tells Vicky that she is so hot when she makes main events. I have to use that pick up line. Edge then says that the other legacy that will fall at WrestleMania is his guest tonight, Ric Flair. Flair comes out and Edge tells him in three weeks, HBK is going to end Flair’s career. Flair responds, with all due respect to HBK, Flair is going to wrestle long after WrestleMania. Edge then makes sarcastic comments about Flair’s response and calls him a loser. Edge brings up Flair losing to Undertaker during his WrestleMania streak and Flair tells Edge that he isn’t going to break the streak either. Flair gets in Edge’s face about him using Vicky to enhance his career. Vicky gets all defensive until Edge calms her down. Edge tells Flair to watch the handicap match against Undertaker tonight because next week, Edge, Hawkins, and Ryder will face Flair in a non-career threatening match. Vicky then makes it into a Steel Cage Match as well. Edge mocks Flair and Flair slaps him. Flair leaves the ring and Edge is pissed. Teddy Long smiles on behind Vicky.
