Backstage Notes From TNA Slammiversary 2026, New Talent Debuts

Fightful Select has some additional backstage notes from TNA Slammiversary 2026. With regards to new talent debuting in the company, it’s said that it will likely be a regular occurrence that happens “throughout the summer.”

With regard to WWE wrestlers possibly appearing at Slammiversary, Fightful notes that these appearances would have needed to get approval from WWE ahead of time. Fightful also reports that some “had their contracts expire.” It’s currently unknown whose contracts have expired.

During the Countdown show for TNA Slammiversary, Santino Marella and Daria Rae revealed they both found opponents for Mustafa Ali, who will challenge him later tonight in a Triple Threat Match for the TNA International Title. Ali won’t find out who his opponents will be until the match is about to start.
