Backstages Notes for AEW All In London, Names Flying to London Not Yet Booked for Card
– PWInsider has some backstage regarding AEW ahead of their big show in London this week with AEW All In at Wembley Stadium. According to the report, British native Saraya is already in London ahead of the event to promote the show. She’ll be competing in the AEW Women’s World Championship Fatal 4-Way Match on Sunday.
Additionally, PWInsider reports that a group of names who are scheduled to be flying into London later this weekend include The House of Black, Jay Lethal, Billy Gunn, and The Acclaimed. They aren’t currently booked in any matches on Sunday, but PWInsider speculated they might be flown in to have roles on the show.
Another name not booked for the show who is also scheduled to be in attendance is injured veteran Bryan Danielson. PWInisder notes that Danielson has gained a great deal of influence backstage as a “facilitator” of sorts between talents.
As previously reported, AEW President and CEO Tony Khan said there would be further changes for the All In card on Sunday. It was later reported by Fightful Select that Rey Fenix was off the Stadium Stampede match likely due to travel issues.
PWInsider’s report also notes that the belief is the changes Khan was referring to are the Stadium Stampede match. It was also noted by PWInsider that the rumors of AR Fox being removed from his tag team Coffin Match with Swerve Strickland against Sting and Darby Allin have not been substantiated.
AEW All In London is scheduled for Sunday, August 27 at Wembley Stadium. It will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
