Bron Breakker Says He Wants the Old CM Punk For World Title Match On WWE Raw

Bron Breakker doesn’t want “nice guy” CM Punk, saying that he wants the old Punk in a promo on this week’s WWE Raw. Monday night’s show saw Paul Heyman and Breakker cut a promo after the mystery man got involved in Logan Paul’s match with LA Knight. Paul was able to get the win over Knight thanks to the involvement of of man.

After the post-match beatdown, Knight was taken to the back. Heyman said that on January 5th, we’ll have a new World Champion on Breakker. Breakker took the mic and asked where Punk is, and clarified that he didn’t mean physically. He wanted to know where the old Punk was, because he didn’t believe the new one. Breakker said he wanted the Punk from 2011 from 2013 who he was believed was the greatest of all time. He said that if that Punk didn’t show up, he would take Punk’s title and maybe even his wife.

Knight was then shown in the back and Reed and Paul went after him. They beat him down backstage but he tried to get up again. They put Knight on the top of a care and Reed delivered a Tsunami to close the show. You can see highlights below.

Punk and Breakker will do battle on the January 5th episode of Raw. It takes place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and airs on Netflix.
