Bronson Reed is on the mend following his injury on Monday’s WWE Raw, and says he’ll be “back better than ever.” As noted, Reed suffered an injury duyring his Elimination Qualifying triple threat match against Jey Uso and OG El Grande Americano. The injury, which came as Reed dove to break up a pinfall, was announced to be a distal bicep tear. He is set to be out of action indefinitely.
Reed posted to his Twitter account on Wednesday evening to comment on the response to his injury. The Vision member wrote:
“Appreciate the kind words.
Ill be back better than ever, causing destruction like no one else can!”
It was reported earlier on Wednesday that Reed was sent straight to Birmingham, Alabama to have the injury handled after the show. He is expected to undergo surgery soon if he hasn’t had it done already.
Reed was reportedly factored into creative plans for WrestleMania 42, which will obviously have to be reconfigured as a result. There’s no word on exactly how he was set to be involved at the PLE, which takes place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Reed for a quick and full recovery.
