More Details on Jeff Hardy’s Injury & How Much Time He Will Miss

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the WWE story is that Jeff Hardy was injured on September 18th in the six-way main event. Hardy was actually injured back at the July 8th Great Balls of Fire PPV, but got worse in the September 18th match, and has been trying to work through it. He will be undergoing surgery for a torn rotator cuff and torn labrum. He will have surgery on October 3rd, usual recovery time is approximately 6-months, which would put him touch-and-go for a WrestleMania return. Matt Hardy reportedly has a lot of ideas for himself to keep him going as a single.
