Ethan Page Defeats Dragon Lee After Controversial Finish On WWE RAW

Ethan Page picked up a controversial victory over Dragon Lee on this week’s episode of WWE RAW, using dubious tactics to secure the win.

Before the bell even rang, Page made his intentions clear. Addressing the WWE Universe, he said he had already outlined his goals for RAW and was tired of luchadors standing in his way. Taking aim at Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee, Page claimed it was time for “extermination” as he continued his pursuit of becoming the Standard of Excellence on RAW and the future Intercontinental Champion.

Once the match got underway, Dragon Lee came out firing. Page eventually slowed the pace by targeting Lee’s mask. Throughout the match, Page repeatedly pulled at it, tied it to the ropes at one point, and used the distraction to gain control.

Despite the setbacks, Lee hit back with a series of attacks and several nearfalls. Later in the match, Lee delivered a hurricanrana, then followed up with a tope suicida that sent Page crashing into the announce table.

Towards the end, as Lee attempted to set up for a Styles Clash, Page caught him with a low blow, blocking the view of the referee. Taking advantage, he hit him with the Ego Plex and scored the victory over Dragon Lee.
