Ethan Page Comments On Potentially Facing John Cena In The 17-Time World Champion’s Retirement Match

Reigning NXT North American Champion Ethan Page recently commented on the idea of him facing John Cena in the 17-time World Champions’s retirement match. Cena is set to wrestle his final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.

To determine his final opponent inside the squared circle, WWE has announced a 16-man tournament called “The Last Time Is Now.” In a recent appearance on Good Karma Wrestling, All Ego, who, apart from the North American Championship, is also in possession of the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Title alongside Chelsea Green, was asked if he’d love to face John Cena on December 13.

In response, Ethan Page said that he would love the opportunity.

“I mean, it sounds great. Um, you got to put me in that tournament first, and then I got to continue to do what I have been doing, which is beating every single wrestler that has been put in front of me, no matter what locker room they come from. So, I mean, I would definitely love the opportunity.” [8:20 onward]
