Heather Reckless Confirms That She’s Signed With TNA Wrestling

TNA Wrestling has announced that they have officially signed Heather Reckless to a multi-year contract, which was announced on last night’s Impact. In an interview with Fightful, Reckless spoke about her new deal and being grateful for TNA making the offer. Here are highlights:

On being approached to sign with the company at recent TV tapings: “After the match. We had thirty minutes to an hour afterward. Gail Kim, she opened an office door and was like, ‘Come here.’ ‘Oh no’ [laughs]. I went in there and she was like, ‘We want to offer you a contract.’ So exciting.”

On getting the offer from Gail Kim: “I cry about it all the time. Just thinking about Gail and what she’s doing. She’s helping the future of women’s wrestling. It makes me cry. I love her. It’s the ultimate compliment. I love watching her interviews, we’re still getting to know each other, but from listening to her, I feel I can relate to her in ways that I can’t explain. It’s great. It’s the ultimate compliment. She’s amazing.”
