Jerry Lawler Says Support After His Stroke Meant A Lot

As previously reported, Jerry Lawler suffered another stroke earlie this month and was taken to the hospital, although he is now home resting. It was his third stroke overall. In an interview with FOX 13 Memphis (via Fightful), Lawler thanked everyone who supported him during his medical crisis.

He said: “I remember lying in the bed in the hospital and when people that I knew, like family members came in, and I didn’t even recognize them. People kept coming out of nowhere to thank me and prayed for me and everything and all of that means a great, great deal to me, and I wanna thank ‘em all for all that.”

It was noted during the broadcast that Lawler is having trouble with his vision and didn’t recognize his home when he went there.
