Joe Gacy Pays Tribute To Wyatt Sicks Stablemates & More In Statement On WWE Release

Joe Gacy honored his stablemates in the Wyatt Sicks, Bray Wyatt himself and more in a statement on his departure from WWE. Gacy and the rest of the group were cut by WWE on Friday afternoon. Gacy, who came up to the main roster as a member of the group, posted to his Instagram account to issue a statement about his exit.
The former WWE Tag Team Champion reflected on his time in the company and thanked Shawn Michaels, Triple H and more. He sent specific messages to Bo Dallas, Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, and the late Wyatt, as you can see below:
“What can I say?
I achieved a dream. I had the chance to work somewhere I always wanted to since me and my brother use to watch Monday Night Raw and fight each other on our beds.
I worked for years and got the chance and it honestly was a pleasure.
To anyone I shared a ring with during my time thank you.
To any producers I worked with during my time. Thank you.
To @shawnmichaels
Thank you for giving me my early opportunity in @wwenxt and allowing me to try something new and become a star.
To @tripleh for putting me in a position with the Wyatt Sicks to achieve a dream and see parts of the world I wouldn’t have seen otherwise.

Getting to know you was honestly the best. Laughing during travel and talking just about ideas and how things were with Windham in the early years. It was a blast.

My partner, my brother. Thank you for being someone I can rely on in and out of the ring. You honestly have been an inspiration and a great influence on my professionally and personally.

I just want to thank you for letting me in. Allowing me to be a part of all of this has been a true honor. I really can’t even believe I got to do this and be a part even a little in keeping your legacy alive.

Gacy had a run with the Tag Team Championships alongside Lumis as part of the Wyatt Sicks. He had been with WWE since August of 2020.
