As previously reported, AEW wrestler Josh Alexander recently announced that he suffered a knee injury that required surgery. Alexander’s wife, Jade Chung, shared an update on her husband, announcing that the surgery is done and that “Surgery was a success! 🙏🏻🫶🏻”
However, in the spirit of April Fools’ Day, she shared a good-natured joke at her husband’s expense, putting a goofy filter over his face in the photo she shared. Josh Alexander also wrote, “I lived. And I’m beautiful.”
Alexander said last week that his knee injury “is pretty severe.” The exact nature of the injury and how much time will be sidelined are currently unknown. He’s believed to have suffered the injury in the AEW World Trios Championship match pitting JetSpeed and Mistico against Alexander, Konosuke Takeshita, and El Clon, which was taped for Collision. Alexander was helped to the back after the match had taken place.
