Kazuchika Okada is still the AEW Unified champion, retaining against two opponents at AEW All Out in Toronto. Okada was part of a wild three-way match against both Konosuke Takeshita and Mascara Dorada. All three got their chances to shine, while Okada and Takeshita held nothing back even as members of the Don Callis Family. In the end, Okada scored the Rainmaker on Dorada to get the pinfall.

Okada has been the AEW Unified Champion for 68 days after winning it at All In back on July 12. This unified the AEW Continental, which Okada already held, and the International title, previously held by Kenny Omega. Those belts will retain their linesages. With that in mind, Okada has been Continental champion for 547 days, previously winning it on March 20, 2024.
