Konnan Questions Mother Wayne’s Role In the Patriarchy

Nick Wayne’s mother is a staunch member of Christian Cage’s Patriarchy in AEW, but Konnan isn’t sure what she is adding to the group. Mother Wayne has been part of the stable since last year, and Konnan talked about her role in the stable on his latest Keepin’ It 100 podcast.

“I have nothing against Mother Wayne, I’m just hating not stating,” Konnan said (per Wrestling Inc). “But she really doesn’t add anything to that group. She adds nothing to that group in my opinion, and does nothing.”

The Waynes are members of the alliance alongside Cage, Killswitch/Luchasaurus, and Kip Sabian, who joined the faction in early November amid the group’s ongoing feud with HOOK.
