Latest On Potential NXT Call-Ups, Note On Plans For NXT Revenge

WWE kicks off their two-week NXT Revenge event tonight, and a new report features detail on some potential main roster call-ups that could happen soon. Tonight’s show has some big matches taking place including Tony D’Angelo defending the NXT Championship against Ethan Page and Lola Vice vs. Jacy Jayne in a rematch for the NXT Women’s Championship.

Bodyslam+ cites sources as saying that Jayne, Page, Joe Hendry, and Sol Ruca have been “heavily discussed” for call ups to the main roster as of late. That coincides with WON report last week listing Page, Jayne, Ricky Saints, Blake Monroe as names discussed for call-ups.

The report also notes that NXT Revenge is expected to be an ending for several storylines. For clarity, neither today’s report or last week’s says that any of the above-mentioned talent are confirmed as call-ups to be, only that they have been strongly discussed as such.

NXT Revenge week one airs tonight from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida live on The CW in the US and Netflix internationally. The lineup is:
