Logan Paul Comments on Potential Match With Bad Bunny at WrestleMania 42

Former WWE United States Champion Logan Paul has claimed that if he does battle Bad Bunny at WrestleMania 42, it would be the “biggest wrestling match of all time.”

The prospect of Logan Paul facing Bad Bunny in Las Vegas this April was heightened when the social media megastar gave an emphatic “no” when asked if he was excited to see Bad Bunny perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. He later came in defense of the musician after his brother, Jake Paul, called Bunny a “fake American citizen.”

Recently, former Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes told TMZ that he would love to see Bad Bunny return to the promotion and face Paul at ‘Mania 42.

The Maverick recently interacted with Sports Illustrated, where he commented on the prospect of facing the Puerto Rican musician at The Showcase of The Immortals.

Paul believes that the match extends beyond the WWE Universe and that it has the potential to break the preconceived notions that people may have about pro wrestling.

“If Bad Bunny versus Logan Paul happened, I have no doubt it would be the biggest wrestling match of all time. Like, hands down, without question, that match extends so far beyond the WWE Universe. It breaks all barriers of what people think wrestling is. You have the opportunity to capture a global audience in one match,” he said.

The Vision member also lavished high praise on Bad Bunny, stating that the latter is the definition of a superstar.

“The guy is talented. The guy is so talented. [He’s] the definition of a superstar, whether it’s performing at a big game halftime show or actually even wrestling. Now that said, I’ve got some experience under my belt. I don’t see how he’s going to be able to stand my pressure and my athleticism and strength, but if it happens, that’s a big money match. That’s a big money match I know the whole world would tune in for, and I think it would be a real good one.”

Bad Bunny hasn’t competed in WWE since his widely acclaimed Street Fight against Damian Priest at Backlash Puerto Rico in 2023. He has previously competed at WrestleMania, tagging with Priest to take on John Morrison and The Miz in April 2021.
