Mace & Mansoor Have Reportedly Had Talks With AEW/ROH
WWE alumni Mace and Mansoor have reportedly had discussions with AEW/ROH. As previously reported, the duo were backstage at an AEW Collision taping earlier this month and Mansoor was backstage at the Dynamite taping in Los Angeles. Neither man has appeared on TV, but Fightful Select reports that the tag team have been speaking with AEW as of late.
The report notes that the two have been talking with the companies in “recent weeks” and that according to AEW sources, the two have been discussed for appearances on ROH. It was noted that their appearance is not a definite at this time and there’s no word whether a deal has been signed as of this time. There have been “materials” prepared in the event they do end up working on ROH TV.
The two were released from WWE in September of 2023 and have since been appearing on the independent circuit, including an appearance for Soft Ground Wrestling in Uganda.
