Macho Man Randy Savage Set To Be DLC In RetroMania Wrestling

Insider Gaming reports that ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage is set to be included in RetroMania Wrestling in an DLC pack that will launch on September 13. That pack also includes Magnum TA, Demolition and the Rock N Roll Express.

There will also be free updates, including new tag team mechanics, new tag moves, a drop down and leap frog system, walk speed options, the option to remove the HUD, new camera modes, animation updates and more. Paid updates, as part of the $10 DLC, include three new arenas, six new handicap match types, a House Show mode with random events of several matches, a tournament mode for singles and tag, the ability to customize a wrestler’s gear, tag team and world titles, a title tracking system and a new “Attract Mode” intro video.

RetroMania Wrestling creator Mike Hermann said: “I’m thinking, ‘all right, who represents, you know, the estate of Macho Man and you know, can I get them? So we made a phone call [and] they got back to me pretty quickly, and we laid out what our project was, what we had done. They were really impressed with what we had done and they saw that it would be a great fit for Macho Man to be in RetroMania. So once we heard that, you know, I was ecstatic.“
