Mads Krule Krugger Says Jacob Fatu Picked Him To Be His Final MLW Opponent
In an interview with Fightful, Mads Krule Krugger spoke about working with Jacob Fatu and revealed that Fatu selected him as his final opponent in MLW. Fatu is now a part of the WWE roster and will take part in the main event of Survivor Series tomorrow night.
He said: “He did (pick me to be his last opponent) because he enjoyed it so much the first time around. It’s one of those things, you go back and look at it, I didn’t realize how great the work we were doing together was until I went back and looked at it and went, ‘Wow, this was a great series of matches that we had’ and the story that we told was really good. In the moment, you’re just focused on that and getting it done and making sure you’re doing it the right way. When you go back and look at it, ‘Oh, I like that too.’ He appreciated it as well. It was a great honor that he would put my name out there and say, ‘That’s the guy I want to leave (going out) on my back.’“
