On the latest episode of Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy, the TNA star talked about what hurts more between Brock Lesnar’s F5 or a the Undertaker’s Last Ride, and recalled how rough it was taking Brock Lesnar’s F5 on the stage during a Raw segment. The segment took place on the April 15, 2002 episode of Raw and saw Lesnar deliver the F5 onto the entrance stage after a brawl with Hardy. You can check out some highlights below:
On Which Hurts More:
“I would probably say the F5 has more of a chance of hurting, just because of the landing and the way you’re spinning. The Last Ride is pretty much a straight-up bump — it’s a big bump, but it’s usually a pretty safe bump. It’s just hard, very impactful. The F5, though, can be pretty treacherous because you have to control the spin and the way you land. You’re trying to land as flat as you can, taking a front bump, which is a little trickier than a back bump.”
On Taking the F5:
“I landed as flat as I possibly could, but the one I took on the stage at Raw from Brock was really brutal because there was no padding or anything else. That s**t hurt, man. Even though I landed as flat as I could, it was still a really, really rough one.”
