Former WWE Superstar and original Tough Enough winner Maven Huffman joined Insight With Chris Van Vliet for a new interview. During the discussion, Maven spoke about his relationship with Randy Orton and shared what he called a “tame day” with a younger Randy Orton when they were on the road together.

The story involved Randy Orton getting angry at a waitress in a Denny’s and throwing a bowl of oatmeal. Below are some highlights from Insight:

Maven on His Relationship with Randy Orton

“I have Randy Orton stories that no amount of YouTube success could ever make me tell. [Chris asks, “10 million subscribers?] I still wouldn’t tell them. [Chris asks, “100 million subscribers?”] I wouldn’t — I wouldn’t do it. [Chris asks, “500 million subscribers?!”] *Laughs* Like we’re getting into Mr. Beast territory. Okay, I’ll talk, and let me think about it. Randy and I had — here’s what I will say. We had some fun on the road.”

On His Infamous Orton Denny’s Story

“We’re in a Denny’s. Randy gets the wrong oatmeal. Well, first off, they messed his eggs up. He used to get poached eggs. They bring them to him, and they’re messed up. He’s like, ‘Ugh, I’m not eating these. Send them back.’ They bring him his oatmeal, and I’m not kidding. There’s an inch of mop bucket water on the top of this oatmeal. The waitress made the mistake. And I’m not kidding, and I’m sorry. I curse. I’m sorry. He’s like, ‘What’s this? This is like standing water. I’m not eating this.’ The waitress looks at him and says, ‘Maybe you should have made your own ****ing breakfast.’ And I’m looking at all my food, and I’m like, ‘Man, I got my food. Whatever happens to you is on you now.'”

On Orton Throwing the Oatmeal

“And Orton looked at her and threw the oatmeal. So, out comes the manager, and the manager looks and sees. And it was me, Orton, and someone else, I’m not gonna say who. The manager sizes us up. I’m the smallest guy in the group, and the manager says, ‘Well, you’re going to have to pay for that oatmeal and the one they’re making.’ In true Randy Orton fashion, he says, ‘I’ll buy every box of oatmeal you got if you can get one of ’em right.’ And that was a tame day, with early Randy Orton. And that’s the story I can tell!”
