The Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp. has confirmed that they’re working with WWE on a “future date” after reports they made a bid for WrestleMania 44. As noted, it was reported that the Tennessee city was in active discussions about hosting WrestleMania 44 there in 2028.
POST Wrestling reached out to the the organization, which is the city’s tourism agency. A representative for the agency replied:
“We are working on a future date with them.”
It was reported that Nashville made a $3.5 million bid for WrestleMania 44, though they may have to wait for a future date as New Orleans and Indianapolis are already owed future WrestleManias. WrestleMania 42 was supposed to take place in New Orleans before WWE moved it to Las Vegas, and the company announced a partnership with Indianapolis in 2024 that committed hosting WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam there.
