Will Ospreay picked up a win over Mark Davis in a chaotic match on AEW Dynamite to move on in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. The main event of Wednesday’s show featured Ospreay and Davis doing battle in a first-round matchup. The two went to war for over 23 minutes, trading nearfalls and high-impact offense throughout.

Toward the end of the match, the Don Callis Family got involved after the ref went down due to a stray enzuigiri from Davis. Trent Beretta and El Clon came out to interfere and the Death Riders came to the rescue. More members from both stables battled, leading to Kyle Fletcher hitting the ring and hitting Ospreay with a half-and-half suplex. Fletcher went after Ospreay with a screwdriver, but Konosuke Takeshita pulled him out of the ring and brawled with him.

The finish ultimately saw Ospreay catch a charging Davis and flip him into a Death Ground, forcing Davis to tap. You can see clips from the AEW Dynamite match below.

Ospreay is now headed to the finals, where he will face the winner of Swerve Strickland vs. Brody King from the other semifinal match. The finals will take place at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 28th.
