Natalya Would Love to Wrestle Roxanne Perez Again, Has Nothing But Respect for Her

– During an appearance on this week’s WWE’s The Bump, WWE Superstar Natalya had high praise for the work of NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, noting she’d like to get in the ring with her again. Below are some highlights (via Fightful):

Natalya on Roxanne Perez: “Roxanne is amazing. She has actually trained with me in the dungeon, and I enjoy training with her in the Dungeon, and then getting to compete against her. I think she’s so talented. I know she plays the role of the bad guy, and girl on TV, but she and I really gelled in the ring, and we just had instant chemistry. So I cannot wait to wrestle Roxanne again soon. I think down the road, listen, I wouldn’t even mind main-eventing WrestleMania with Roxanne. I have big dreams too. But she’s so talented, and she truly is a student of the game. She loves this, she loves WWE, she’s loved wrestling since she was a little girl.”

On wanting to wrestle Perez again: “She followed her dreams, and here she is today, doing incredible work and really helping lead our women’s division in NXT. So yes, I would love to wrestle her again, and I have nothing but respect for Roxanne.”

Perez defeated Natalya to retain her title on WWE NXT TV last month.
