NJPW Announces Super J-Cup 2020 Card & Brackets

– New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) has announced the matchups and brackets for next month’s Super J-Cup 2020 tournament. NJPW previously announced the return of the tournament and the slated wrestlers earlier this month.

This year’s Super J-Cup will be a one-night, eight-man tournament taking place next month. Here are the first-round matchups:

* Clark Connors vs Chris Bey
* ACH vs TJP
* Rey Horus vs Blake Christian
* Lio Rush vs ELP

The winners of the opening round matchups will face each other in the semifinals, and those winners will face off in the finals to crown this year’s winner of the tournament. Additionally, Ren Narita will be heading to the LA Dojo to team with Karl Fredericks against KENTA and Hikuleo.

The 2020 Super J-Cup event will be held at the New Japan LA Dojo. The event will be streamed live on NJPW World in English on December 12. The event will also be available on FITE TV for $12.99.
