NJPW News: Roppongi 3K Win IWGP Jr Heavyweight Tag Titles, Dragon Lee Accepts Taiji Ishimori’s Open Challenge

– During the NJPW 47th anniversary show, Roppongi 3K (SHO and YOH) defeated Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI and Shingo Takagi) to become three-time IWGP Jr. heavyweight tag team champions. You can see Csonka’s review of the show here.

– During the same show, Taiji Ishimori defeated Jushin Thunder Liger to retain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title. He then issued an open challenge for G1 Supercard, which was answered by Dragon Lee.
